VRQ Advanced Diploma / NVQ Professional Cookery
If you are as passionate about food as you are about your own professional development then this is the course for you.
At this level you are able to specialise in specific advanced culinary skills such as larder or patisserie and confectionary. You will have the opportunity to practice and develop new recipes and skills in the new state of the art interactive training kitchen. The department has excellent links with local employers, who would be able to offer valuable work experience to students for one day a week.
Course duration:
18 months to 2 years depending on experience.
